Recently, scientists have found that the human papilloma virus (HPV) causes brain cancer, cervical cancer, and neck. Now U.S. researchers have found that the virus in 6% of cases, causes lung cancer in non-smokers. Approximately 10 percent of cases occur in non-smokers.

If papilloma virus plays an important role in the appearance of lung cancer, it is possible to more effectively perform the treatment and prevention of disease.
